Federation of Amren/Foster

Description

Foster is the central hub for archeology and academic research in the Federation. It's location on the edge of the "haunted" Erechwood and proximity to the Galad Hills and Edge Mountains makes it an ideal place for arcane studies.

Foster has three representatives in the senate, chosen every year by duke with the assistance of divinations cast by the Archmage of the academy.

Mage Academy

The Mage Academy on the West side of the city straddles the river and borders the forest.

Membership is open to anybody regardless of talent for 1000gp per year, not including tuition or materials.
